About the challenge

This semester, we have really been pushing our education aspect and created a cohort of 25 students to teach the next generation of blockchain students at KU, and we have a closing ceremony coming up. There are 5 teams that have created some incredible projects and will be showcasing them at this ceremony and judged for prizes.

A demo and a pitch deck highlighting the business aspects.

Judging Criteria

  • Creativity
    Goal: Very interesting / creative use case that can ONLY be done using blockchain technology (Good example projects below)
  • Execution
    Goal: Excellent design, clean UI/UX, no errors, fun to use, BONUS: Not a traditional web app (video game, mobile app, hardware integration, chrome extension)
  • Blockchain Integration
    Goal: Above requirements + uses an advanced blockchain concept (NFTs, MPTs, Zero Knowledge, etc) — If you want to do this please let us know and we can help!
  • Presentation
    Goal: Excellent presentation, demonstrates the project in a meaningful way
  • Market Analysis
    Goal: Strong Financial analysis. Deep understanding of projects respective product market.
